Cicatricial Entropion with Trichiasis and buccal mucosa graft

pre op photo with entropion pre op photo post op 4 days post op at four days At one week 55 year old female had complain of trichiasis and entropion for past  decade . She has in past undergone two surgery to correct the entropion but trichiasis exacerbated each time . After clinical examination it was decided that posterior lamella was deficient. So decision was taken to release posterior lamella and cover the raw surface with buccal mucosa graft . Surgery was done in conjunction with Dr Anita Seth Oculoplastic surgeon. Surgery was done posterior lamella was released and buccal mucosa graft was placed . Eye was closed for three days and dressing was removed after three days .  Patient settled after one week and she had 85% graft take ,her trichiasis was gone . Volkmann's Ischaemic Contracture and surgery

pre op deformity with burn scar on fore arm near elbow Neurolysis of median and ulnar nerve Final release Splint being applied 52 year old male suffered thermal burns in proximal fore arm .Burn was treated conservatively and patient developed contracture of forearm muscles. Patient was planned for surgery and flexor slide along with neurolysis of median and ulnar nerve was done. Splint was applied for six weeks after that physiotherapy was started.
