Cicatricial Entropion with Trichiasis and buccal mucosa graft

At one week
55 year old female had complain of trichiasis and entropion for past  decade . She has in past undergone two surgery to correct the entropion but trichiasis exacerbated each time . After clinical examination it was decided that posterior lamella was deficient. So decision was taken to release posterior lamella and cover the raw surface with buccal mucosa graft . Surgery was done in conjunction with Dr Anita Seth Oculoplastic surgeon. Surgery was done posterior lamella was released and buccal mucosa graft was placed . Eye was closed for three days and dressing was removed after three days .  Patient settled after one week and she had 85% graft take ,her trichiasis was gone . Patient was happy and went her home town.

thumb replant

amputated part preserved in saline amputation stump successful revascularization of thumb  . Pink  thumb  16 year old girl under went replant of thumb for traumatic amputation thumb . She was taken up for surgery and long vein graft was placed to connect radial artery to ulnar digital artery of thumb. thumb pinked up and then two veins were repaired. Part survived then then the patient was transferred to ICU for monitoring . Subsequently patient underwent groin flap for wound coverage.
