Aarti was born and brought up in faizabad UP.She belong to a poor family , after her education she came to faridabad . She got a job in faridabad , faridabad was a bustling town in haryana near delhi was hub of industry.On Dec 27 2013 while going to work she was hit by a tempo which resulted in thigh fracture.She was operated in AIIMS New Delhi on december 29 2013 which resulted in non union. She was bed ridden and resulted bone gap means shortening of more than 15 cm . She was getting despondent upon her situation. Limb shortening to achieve bony union was not very exciting option. In january her parents consulted Dr Sunil Dhingra who runs hospital in NIT faridabad. Plan of vascularised fibula was made . In march   4,2016 we operated we harvested opposite fibula bone based on peroneal pedicle and transferred to thigh plated and fixed , vascular pedicle was connected to femoral vessel. Bone immediately started bleeding .hemostasis was secured and wound was closed over drains

Hence completion mastectomy and right axillary dissection was done . Right breast was reconstructed with muscle sparing tram flap and left breast was reduced by lejour method. Lejour method is superior pedicle reduction technique which results in linear scar well accepted by patients. Tram flap was raised by sparing lateral muscle and including only medial component .
