electric burn and penile reconstruction

22 year old Iraqi male suffered high tension electric contact burns . He suffered from penile gangrene and forearm gangrene. He was brought to metro hospital Faridabad where I was plastic surgeon at that time. First we debrided him he underwent penile and forearm amputation. After Six months he come and we decided to do phalloplasty for him . Since one forearm was amputated , radial forearm phalloplasty was kind of out of question,so decision was taken to do ALT flap penile reconstruction.ALT flap was  marked raised and formed into penis by tube in tube principal. New phallus was placed at its anatomic site and urethral anastomosis was done. After three weeks perineal urethrostomy  was closed and after one week catheter was removed. After six months when ergogenous sensation was being felt penile implant was placed.
