Volkmann's Ischemic contracture is a disabling condition. 11 year old child sustained fracture both bone forearm and developed compartment syndrome and developed resultant sequelae. We did  flexor slide surgery and neurolysis of nerves common flexor origin was slided , Hand become straight. A cast was applied for 6 weeks and physio therapy was started . Patient recovered uneventfully.
